Deterministic parsing model of Compound Biological Effectiveness (CBE) in BPA-mediated BNCT was proposed for intra-organ B distribution. In defining the biological effects of the B(n,)Li neutron capture reaction, CBE factor model is expressed; CBE = CBE0 + F/2[1-(Nth/N)(-1/n)][2-(Nth/N)(-2/n)+ (Nth/N)(-1/n)] (0Nth/Nmax1) Where r and r0 are distance between boron atoms and range, N and Nth are boron concentration and threshold of B concentration in tissues and tumour, and constants CBE0, F and n are obtained as 0.5, 8 and 3 for normal tissues and for tumour, respectively. N and Nth are evaluated the bio-distribution of B in normal tissues and tumour after infusion.
